Vegetation Management at Shulus Farms site (where the new shop and old barn are) on Thursday April 29th for invasive weed control.
The herbicide being used will be Truvist (heavily diluted with water) and an adjuvant called Gateway, which helps the chemical stick to the plants. This would be a “spot” application targeting individual plants and would only be done under ideal conditions (minimal to no wind, no rain & temperatures under 27 degrees Celsius). We will erect signs following indicating the site has been treated. I have also attached a Safety Data Sheet for detailed information on Truvist.
