Education

     Education is very important to the Lower Nicola Indian Band, therefore, a variety of services and support are offered to the students in the community including Headstart, school start-up allowance, career fairs, tutoring and post-secondary funding.

LOWER NICOLA BAND SCHOOL

The Lower Nicola Band School is an independant school that follows the BC Curriculum and provides a place where First Nations children have the opportunity to learn about their cultural heritage while obtaining the knowledge and skills necessary in a multi-cultural society.
